With 2 bedrooms, both with Escarpment views, a main lounge room and the “chill out” room, there is enough space for all. You’ll have all the privacy you need. Point Bulli is truly your beachside holiday letting. Breezy living with windows, sliding and bifold doors from the north and west. Feel the summer north easterly breeze flowing through the loungeroom. 

The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso machine, microwave, Miele dishwasher and oven, and basic pantry items. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, 46 & 32-inch smart tv with Netflix, bedside tables, lamps, and built-in robe. The loungeroom has a 65-inch smart tv with Netflix. There is a second toilet for complete privacy while someone may be soaking in the bath!. The single car garage has internal entrance to the house and the laundry with washing machine and dryer can be found off the garage, all under the one roof space. 

For a winter or summer holiday you will not be disappointed with Point Bulli as your holiday destination with its ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms of the property. Enjoy the local cafes, Point Street café is just across the road, restaurants and supermarket which are all close by. Sandon Point beach is just 200m or a 2-minute walk from your front doorstep! For surfing try the famous Sandon point, Bulli Beach, or Woonona Beach. Go for a bush walk, ride the bike path, or walk the coastline. Point Bulli is located about 15 minutes north of Wollongong, about 10 minutes from Panorama House in Bulli and an hour south of Sydney. Point Bulli is pet friendly upon request.
