Woonona stays offers all the comforts of home in a private and spacious, self-contained, 2- bedroom single level villa. It has open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and pantry essentials to get you started. Make yourself at home with a pod coffee or catch a movie on Netflix. Open the sliding glass windows in the lounge room and get the beautiful northeast breeze or sit outside in the tranquillity of your private courtyard. The property is set back from the road
so there is absolutely no traffic to be heard. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, for both summer and winter, lounge and dining room have fans as well. Both bedrooms have 32-inch tv, for your privacy to just relax and
watch a movie. Enjoy the absolute pleasure of soaking in a huge 2.2 metre free standing bathtub. 

If someone needs to use the toilet while you’re having a soak, that’s not a problem as the toilet is separate to the bathroom! There is a single car lock up garage suitable for most small to medium size cars. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer for those having a longer stay. Enjoy the local cafes, restaurants and supermarket which are all close by. Bulli beach is a short 5-minute drive or a leisurely 15-minute walk. For surfing try the famous Sandon point, Bulli Beach or Woonona Beach. Go for a bush walk, ride the bike path, or walk the coastline. The villa is in a quiet block of 16 villas. All villas are owner occupied. If you are interested in having loud music or get togethers with other people visiting, then we suggest that Woonona stays is not the place you are looking for. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
